This was my second attempt at ordering. After confirmation of first order I received an email saying order had been cancelled at my request. No, it had not. Attempts to contact regarding this were frustrating as I was asking a question your “chat bot” did not understand. Phoning was pointless due to coved restrictions. Still??!! I took a risk and reordered my item and was successful but you very nearly lost my sale due to circumstances I have mentioned.
