Unacceptable delivery times and poor communication via customer service.
My order took almost 3 weeks to deliver, so missed my sons birthday (it was a gift for him and things for his party bags). Items were not indicated on website as needing longer delivery. I sent two messages enquiring about the status of the order and both times received an unhelpful automated message. I won’t be ordering again or recommending.
