Item never received - I ordered an autism spinning seat for my son's birthday on behalf of my mum on the 3rd November. It said delivery 2-4weeks. We are now on 6th December and still no seat. The tracking info doesn't work and I'm only getting automated responses when I try to email. There is no contact number or no other way to contact this Company. This item was £150. We are not a wealthy family and this was a huge amount for us but it was for my son's sensory needs. I really wish I had read the trust pilot reviews first as we can't afford to replace this item. Heart broken.
