Horrendous. I only have half my parcel. You can't call customer services and you get the same generic email response everytime.
Last year I ordered a dark den and accessories, the dark den never arrived and the refund was only issued on Christmas eve leaving me without the main part or a replacement for my daughters present.
With this order I have had Delivery updates from them saying my parcel will be delivered then it not show up, or will be delivered after 9pm then the delivery address was to a unit (I live in rural Wales there are no neighbours that have units) they use DPD we only have 1 driver out here and when they were saying the parcel was being delivered the DPD driver was delivering other parcels to us and there was no parcel from them. This went on for over a week after a month wait, then the update said the parcel was being returned to them.
This order was placed on the 11th November, so there was plenty of time for it to arrive and has not been effected by the strikes.
This is the 2nd year Sensory education have ruined my daughters main Christmas present. I will never again order anything from them and would advise nobody else does either.
