I received only part of my order and have been trying to contact via the online system since September as there are no staff on the phones. After about 8 emails with automated responses I still haven’t been able to resolve this. I even resorted to writing 2 letters , the second was signed for and addressed to the director but still no one has had the decency to contact me. Be wary of using this company they don’t care about the customer or taking money for goods not delivered. I lost £70.
