I'd give them no stars at all. I ordered three small wind up boats. I received something completely different and don't want them. After wasting two days emailing telling them to read what the problem was I resorted to their hopeless return system. They are only refunding one item not three. They are a dreadful company taking people's money and cleverly make themselves non contactable by phone.
Buy what you need in a shop, not here.
