Below par service and even poorer costumer service. An item I ordered was advertised as 2-4 weeks delivery. After ordering at the end of October to have it arrive for a Christmas present, the item never arrived. Obviously, being so prepared as to order an item at the end of October to arrive for Christmas that then never arrives is pretty disappointing, to say the least. After mentioning to customer service that I had not even received an apology for the misadvertising and never having received my item the reply I got was not an apology but, "You are welcome to escalate that as a complaint if you so wish". We all make mistakes and a simple apology goes a long way. There are lots of other fantastic sensory and educational based small businesses I've found since that offer a genuinely hassle free service and you get the service advertised.
