Extremely frustrated I ordered on the 6/11/22 quite a large order for my daughter for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived I have emailed several times as you can’t ring ! and had a few responses to say you are looking into it another that is was been passed onto senior management and then another saying you are going to resent ‘item’ I have since contacted you to confirm this is the whole order that I am missing and not just an item but I haven’t had no response this was over a week ago now and also haven’t received anything!
Please can someone contact me and tell me what’s going on with only a week till Christmas I am worried that my daughter is going to wake up with nothing if it isn’t going to arrive or if you have had problems fine I’ll just have a refund so I have time to get something else?
I’m am considering coming up to the head office branch myself tomorrow if I haven’t had a response!
