Shocking customer service(no none to talk directly to) just a generic confrontational defensive email reply about postal strikes when I asked politely after 3 weeks of waiting if I could expect the parcel any time soon or at least before christmas. I ordered my product on 27th Nov for it to be "shipped "on 2nd Dec. I ordered in plenty of time and feel the postal strikes are just an excuse!!! No other company has had this length of delay with the postal strikes and they have amounted to a week at best.( which I ordered early enough to allow for this) You can't talk to anyone directly and there is no tracking info for my order other than shipped which I really don't believe it was!! I have requested a refund this morning so I have half a chance at replacing christmas gifts with alternatives this week unless the postal strike will delay my refund tooπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž
