Threatening to take legal action against me as I did a charge back through my bank as order not received. They say they have proof of delivery but refuse to send me evidence of this. Dodgy scammers preying on family and carers of children with additional needs. I found people have had the same issues as myself after a simple google search, some dating back years. They should be ashamed of themselves.
