Terrible service. Order took over 6 weeks to arrive. I sent numerous emails wanting updates but everytime I just received an automated response. When I commented on facebook posts my comments were deleted and then I was blocked from commenting at all. After a number of final attempts to find out what was happening with my order and not getting any response from the company I had no choice but to go and buy all the items again from other websites. Then out of the blue, 5 days before Christmas, I received an email from sensory education saying my order would be delivered on 23rd December. The order did arrive but not before I had spent another £300 buying alternative items elsewhere. Terrible, terrible customer service
