I thought that using a specialist supplier of sensory toys, for children with special educational needs, would be a safe bet. For part of her Christmas present, I sat with my daughter to go through the website and she chose various items and I placed my order. They arrived quickly. We wrapped the box up ready for Christmas. My daughter has ASD and ADHD, so life is challenging at best and very mood dependent, which can be triggered by what we consider a minor thing. The order was for bean bag turtles and what were sent were bean bag elephants. This (in her eyes) was catastrophic and ruined her Christmas and made ours unpleasant too. For a company selling specialist toys to a special target audience, should understand more than anyone, the very possible likely hood of sending the wrong item, will cause stress and/or disappointment. Sad for my daughter that this happened, now just have to wait for the returned goods to be received, so I can have a refund. I did write something similar to this in an email to customer services and just got the generic "please use the returns service“.
