I am really disappointed with this company. After using them many times and recommending them to others, I have been really let down. I ordered 5 items on 3/11, 3 of these arrived relatively quickly with a note marked with TO FOLLOW on the items that hadn’t arrived. Two weeks later I emailed
Customer care to ask when the others would be delivered, I got a quick response saying they were in back order but would be back in stock soon. No problem, apart from over 2 months later and 3 emails asking where the last item is, I have had no reply or deliver of the item. Of course the money was collected from my bank account as soon as the order was placed!
