Bought equipment for an SEN School. They continued to chase up paid invoices. A mistake was made and they were double paid on an invoice. They have completely ignored us, do not answer emails and have no telephone line that works. Honestly this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Considering a school like ours would be repeat high volume customers I can only imagine how they would treat a one off customer. Avoid these people like the plague.
