Staff at customer service about returning items were rude beyond a point, unhelpful and condescending! I had to pay to return items as well! Never use the company ever again! Will be telling friends and colleagues at the nursery not to buy from here ever! Still waiting for my refund as well! Asked how to complain told to reply to the lady who was soooo rude to me.
