I ordered on the 20th January, after not receiving my order I emailed customer service and they assured parcel was out for delivery. Another few days and no delivery so emailed again, was told warhorse would contact me they never did. Emailed again with the exact same response. Contacted again and told me it’s at ‘local delivery depot’ due to failed delivery despite not providing me with any tracking or even courier used. Continued to email with no response so put a claim back with my bank explaining the situation. Now received a threatening email about court and bailiffs and told if I’m not in touch in 24 hours they will proceed to county court. I requested a refund, asked for tracking details, courier used, all ignored. Try to claim back my money and a pretty immediate response, would not recommend!
