Placing the order was easy and I was updated throughout on the delivery status of each item.
As items arrived they were checked against the order and it was noted that we had received an incorrect item. I tried to call you about this but no telephone number, so went online to try and effect a return/exchange. This process is tedious & still not resolved; I believe I am waiting for a response from you about a warranty claim. It is not a warranty claim but simply that we received the incorrect item and are wanting to exchange it for the right one.
I would be keen to understand how this matter can be resolved and look forward to hearing from you.
On the whole you provide a great service but this return/exchange process does seem to let you down and leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Alison - 01672 810 478
