Ordered 2 sensory lamps over 3 weeks ago for my grandsons birthday. Lower priced one arrived within a week. More expensive still outstanding, very little help from Customer Service who are blaming postal strikes ???goods get delivered by dpd???
Thanks to them we'll miss the birthday surprise. No good phoning - after a recorded message they cut you off.
