Missing order which I had to chase up four times, receiving automated messages throughout. Then, 2 out of 5 of the items that finally arrived were incorrect and of a lesser value than those ordered. AGAIN, I have had to chase this up and AGAIN I have been directed to automated/general problems help, which do not give me the options I need. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
