The incorrect item was sent out to me, I have tried to make contact over a couple of weeks via email and telephone (can never get through and am asked to leave a voicemail which I have done each time), and no one has taken the time to respond. As you products as designed to assist those children that may have SEN I am extremely disappointed in lack of customer service this company has offered me. I am trying to do an exchange.
