Purchased items but never received confirmation, nor did the items arrive. One month later, purchased again. Received two orders at same time. When tried to return 2nd order, after much back n forth via email, was informed of restocking fee. Disputed this to no avail. Ended up keeping both orders as cannot afford to lose money. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE DIRECTLY.
WILL NOT USE SENSORY EDUCATION AGAIN.
