Squeezy stress gripper ball burst open on a lady with Parkinsons, splattering blue fluid over her clothes, carpet, fireplace and just recently noticed spots on sofa too.
I first sent message of complaint on 7th January and had to re-send the complaint today, 12th January, as have had no clear response to a resolution.
I am Very unhappy with the poor quality of the ball, the mess I had to scrub up afterwards and the terrible customer service by the Sellers.
