IS THIS A SCAM? Disgraceful customer service. I placed my order On 25th May 22 at a cost off £1,258 for 2 doors order number 25181. On one occasion I spoke to a man who said l'd receive a text to arrange delivery... it never happened… Chloe also told me this. I have made in the region of 70 calls 4 were answered. Numerous emails sent. Karen said systems were down. Chloe said my doors would be delivered in June. I spoke to her on Monday she promised to call me back ... and didn't. Now Sandra says she hasn't been able to speak to a director. I wonder if this is all the same person using different names. Like other reviews I'm told my doors are in stock but due to courier service haven't been delivered. I can only think this is a scam. My request for a refund thus far ignored! I personally will take this further in the event this is a rip off.
