Do not use this company. Ordered, money taken very quickly and efficiently. I personally kept a check on my doors being in stock by contacting every few days. First occasion one was out until a given date, I checked a few days before given date and was then told they are out without a date. I immediately cancelled as we had a pretty strict deadline having a builder onsite - our issue not the company I might add. 1st July I asked for cancellation and refund, yes no problem. After chasing for over 25 days I then got confirmation that it had been cancelled/refunded. 12 days after the 25 days I had still not received my refund so luckily i had paid on credit card, I contacted my bank who within 24 hours had refunded me and are now investigating. I think this company is trying to be a big company but are just not ready for that yet. Will never use again nor recommend.
