I placed an order on 19/03/22 for £972. After placing the order I received an email on 21/03/22 telling me my items aren't in stock till AFTER 10th May. Fast forward to 21/04/22 i recieved yet ANOTHER email stating my door will not be in stock until the beginning of July. I have been without doors in my new house for months now!! I was told over 4 weeks ago one of your team will be contacting me but of course, they didnt!! There is NO way to contact anyone, no one answers phones or emails and I have travelled up to the address that is given and are no longer in the same unit! All sounds abit dodgy to me. I need this sorting ASAP as this is alot of money to lose!!
