Absolutely terrible company it is now September and since may I did not receive goods or refund I sent numerous emails , not responded to and several telephone calls and staff were just rude , the payments didn’t once get back to me as promised and I had to go to trading standards and then received refund but it still hasn’t reached me I emailed after ringing my bank as it hadn’t arrived and they said get an arn number and I emailed and again completely ignored , nothing back , it is the worst customer service I have experienced ever and the worst purchase experience ever , I wound not recommend this company to anyone , it is truly awful !! Still waiting and I have to I will go down the legal route as a matter of principal .
