WARNING! For your own sanity do not buy from this company! I ordered back in January 2022, requested a refund in September as still hadn't received the door. They are in clear breach of contract (Consumer Act 2015) as they have not either supplied or refunded me when requested. Trading Standards have been informed and are now investigating. They have misled me on several occasions lying that the goods were in stock and that I would be contacted about delivery when this was obviously not the truth. Along the way they also stated that they had a breach on their computer system, which affected my order I sincerely suspect this was further lies and a delaying tactic. I have made several telephone calls to the company speaking to numerous staff, received many promises of which nothing materialises. There have been many emails to customer services & the MD and it's now Feb 2023 and still no refund. My Small Claims papers are off to the courts and no doubt Sethcodoorstore will become the proud owners of yet another CCJ against them and the Bailiffs calling. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
