Absolutely atrocious customer services. I sent my order over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing. The door I ordered was meant to be sent within 7 to 14 days but nearly 3 weeks later I've not heard a thing despite about 15 emails. Dreadful service and will be seeking a refund!
