NO DOORS, NO REFUND, NOW NO COMMUNICATION! Please do not place any trust in this company. I wish I had researched first. You may be lucky enough to get a reply which will be nothing but false. Stated 57 doors in stock on contacting them, nothing arrived, after numerous phone calls, emailing and texting I managed a delivery date, yes you guessed it,, No delivery. No Doors. Blamed the couriers, the company they use are HDS, I called them, my order/address did not even exist. They gave me a contact number to Jeld-wen, yes....you've probably guessed correct again!!! On perseverance I finally received a long email reply, but a long story short, it was a staff members fault and he has now sacked them??? and a refund to follow within a week, Guessed right again, no refund!!! And now no replies. Same as all the other reviews on google and here really. The company's details are found on Company's House, so do go to The Ombudsman Retail, if you to have been scammed. {This company will contacted via text with a discount after a call if you do not purchase} Do Not Be Fooled! Had to report to fca.org . Now over to trading standards and small claims. These people have no shame.....
