SEVEN false delivery dates including being told from the owner regarding my order, “ we are about to let transport take it at 5pm ;-)”, when in reality in my case they don’t even keep stock of the doors & rely on the manufacturer to deliver. I know as I’ve spoken with the manufacturer about my order. Deliberate lies designed to time waste. 4 weeks after this lie from the owner, still my order hasn’t been delivered. I asked sethcodoors via their website chat before I placed my order about the delivery timeframe and was assured it’d be around a week from order. Had to instruct the owner THREE times to cancel my order before he agreed to. (Like he has a choice!) I have all email correspondence to prove everything stated here. It’s now been EIGHT days since the owner said he’d refund me, still no refund of my £645.88. SIX weeks of time wasting & dishonesty from sethcodoors and all for nothing but to anger customers and get reviews like this. As other customers review on google state, the lies are abundant, purchase from elsewhere
