Went in after receiving a telephone quote for two budget tyres. Tyres fitted no problem looked up the tyre make and type and found it was listed as a summer tyre. I returned to the branch at lancing and said I didn't want summer tyres and received a rude a reply saying all tyres are summer tyres if you had wanted mud and snow tyres we would have to order them. I said I do not want special tyres just all season, they said that's what you got, we can go round in circles call the main office. Sent two emails no response to either. My point is I should have been told at point of sale these were summer tyres.
