The product is excellent absolytely first class, and is made from high quality materials providing a high quality finish. It is expensive but well worth the money. The ability to design your own assembly is a real bonus and gives you the ability to design something that fits your eact requirements. Everything came flat packed and was extremely well packaged. There was no damage whatsoever and nothing missing. The Help videos made assembly relatively straight forward however not necessarily as easy as the videos made out. There were one or two issues I had to find workrounds for. There are a couple of things that were not mentioned in the video which are must do's if like me you have a large and extremely heavy assembly. The bottom shelves must be fitted while the assembly is on its side and prior to raising it to the vertical. Similarly the backs to the cupboard must be fitted before placing the assembly in its final position.
