My coach Rachel was amazing!! She was so encouraging and helpful and made me feel really supported. If I had any questions she was always quick to get back to me. I had realistic goals set which has enabled me to create new healthy habits. The Shift and Lift app is really good as well as you can upload photos of your meals, track your meals, workouts, steps, weight, measurements all from the one place which is really helpful. I did a 3 month plan, which included weekly check-ins which I benefited from as I did need the accountability and knowledge from Rachel. I seen AMAZING results, nearly 2 stone lost in such a sustainable and achievable way. I am also a breastfeeding mum and this was all taken into account when planning the nutrition side of the plan.
