I decided to do Laura’s 8 week plan as I needed that extra push with accountability and sticking to a diet/gym plan as I’m a nurse who works 12.5 hour shifts and I’m so glad I did as it has been the best decision! With the 8 week plan, you get support, calories and workouts without feeling like you have to reach a certain goal or certain weight by a certain time and instead, it’s about adapting and changing your life to slowly improve yourself. I love that you are encouraged to stick to the regime but also, to enjoy your life and to not restrict yourself when it comes to dinners out/occasions/holidays etc. I’ve chosen to continue the plan as I think it’s a great price for what’s included and I’m excited to see even more changes in the next 8 weeks!
