Basically a well designed and manufactured gazebo.
The detail where the rafters meet at the finial. Toss screwing two of the rafters is very poor design. Dowels pre drilled would be a proper solution.
If the tiles were 25mm longer to provide a drip so that the rainwater would not run down wall plate and walls.
