“Just got round to erecting my Bison 14 x 10 workshop,and I must say it went together well,no major problems everything just slotted together without a lot of bother,took 3 of us about 4 hours to have it watertight, and then about another couple of hours to put the finishing touches to it, it is certainly a good quality and well built building,everything was supplied that we needed to complete the job, all in all a great building that hopefully will last me many many years.”

I have given 4 instead of 5 stars as once built the summerhouse has several gaps where the wood doesn't meet so I've had to purchase silicone to seal these so water doesn't get in.
I love the shape and size of my new addition to the garden but didn't like the orange hue that it was finished in, it was so orange that I considered naming it 'Trump Towers'. I painted it with Ronseal Ducksback Forest Oak and now it is perfect.
I brought the summerhouse for £714 from Wickes, I wouldn't have wanted to pay any more than that.”

“Unfortunately a lot of the wood was stool together so broke when unpacking, there was several pieces missing, some fixings where way to bit for purpose and came out the other side breaking through the wood and making a right mess, some angle are way out so took over 2 weeks to build and get doors and windows working properly, been up for a few weeks and still having issues, I did contact support about pieces missed but I was ignored so had to make them myself.
Followed all instructions to a T and was very disappointed”

“Piece missing on arrival and still not received the replacement more than 8 days later - roof felt is poor quality and ripped easily during assembly, tacks supplied didn't penetrate folded felt at corners (£50 extra for decent felt &tacks would hugely improve this product!) Shire service is poor (still not received missing piece) and on complaining about felt and tacks not being fit for purpose was told that's that's standard for all their buildings! Can't recommend company or the product with its present roofing system.”
“Overall it is a nice looking greenhouse spoilt by manufacturing quality. The opening roof windows did not fit properly so we had to trim them and many of the wooden beads retaining the glass were too long so we had to trim them back. Also we had too many right handed pieces and not enough left and the knots in the wood had not been treated properly so came through when we painted it.”
“Whilst the product, once assembled, has brought a lot of joy to the children and family as a whole, it was very disappointing that it arrived in tiny bits. There is no way that the pieces can be checked as requested by the company without the delivery person waiting several hours. The construction requires 2-3 people experienced at DIY roughly 3 days to complete it. Sadly we had hoped to construct it in 1 day to surprise our little boy waking up on his birthday morning to a playset and had arranged a party based around his friends coming to play on the new playset after school. Overall - a good product but could do with much easier assembly (for example pilot holes drilled or marks where screws need to go) and a clear warning that it arrives in individual planks so will take 2 people at least 3 days to construct it.”

“It is a lovely building, and was delivered in good time, with everything present. The instructions were pretty good, though the actual fitting together was quite challenging - aligning the wall panels, hanging the doors, etc. There are some gaps which we need to work out how to seal effectively. Overall though, it's a great purchase.”
