“Unfortunately a lot of the wood was stool together so broke when unpacking, there was several pieces missing, some fixings where way to bit for purpose and came out the other side breaking through the wood and making a right mess, some angle are way out so took over 2 weeks to build and get doors and windows working properly, been up for a few weeks and still having issues, I did contact support about pieces missed but I was ignored so had to make them myself.
Followed all instructions to a T and was very disappointed”

“Had to unpack the delivery in the street with the driver then carry it into the back garden. Tried to get extra boards to raise the height they where no help what so ever. Absolutely could not be arsed to help.”

This company had 2weeks from order to delivery this shed looks like it was made up in a day as there are so many mistakes had to change 6 tongh and groove bords because holes knots bords would of sent it back but customer said no as they need shed as they just moved into new property
Should be ashamed of themselves sending a shed out in this condition driver turned up with load collapsed on one side”

“Deliver driver was LOVELY but there is no way he should have been unloading a shed by himself, impossible to do safely alone so ended up having to help him myself causing myself an injury.”
“Completely appalling quality, very disappointed, would not recommend anyone purchase from here. Examples include door frame uprights not the same length. The roof was too small for the apeture, the coating was barely applied and patchy. Not worth half the value considering the finished product. Shameful. With the audacity to chase for a review.”
“Missing parts and the panels weren't straight and needed modifying. Tried contacting customer service, twice and never received a response. I had to use my time and money to find, travel to collect and purchase items to replace missing parts/fix the wonky panels. I left a review on google and the response said to contact customer services. Which like i said, i have twice with mo response”
“Absolutely awful. I bought the Peony 12`x6` Summerhouse. Construction wise not difficult, however the larger roof panel was overcut by 10mm which meant moving the roof supports and cutting the final panel. I went to great pains to insulate the whole of the inside and underfloor only to find on the first rain day the main panels leak like a sieve ! Had to remove insulation and seal along every wood joint to stop rain coming in. The gate latch that comes for the door cannot even be fitted properly as the main part of the door is screws to is not wide enough to fit the lever and restraining bracket and the whole thing just seems to have collapsed as it does not close into its latch properly and wobbles everywhere. I know I only paid just under a grand for this but seriously terrible quality and so do not expect this to come without its problems and you will have to sepnd a lot of time and effort with workarounds. Very disappointed and I will not be buying anything from here again.”

“There's an old saying ( you get what you pay for ) and this is true with this product.
hardly any of the joints's fit properly .the roof corner's had to be cut back to fit and the door's
had a considerable gap around them. I AM A CARPENTER .”

“Quick to take your money, but very slow to respond to any questions. I have paid not only for the building, but also for its erection, yet I cannot find out any details about what will be provided by the installation staff. It is planned to be installed next month and so we'll update this review when the building is up.”

“Received a message to say delivery would be between 4.0pm 8.0pm, at 10.00am noticed a person at the front of the house, when I went outside the shed was half unloaded from the vehicle, I tried to tell the driver that as 76year old pensioner I would have trouble carrying it to the rear of the house as I have just had a hip replacement. He replied that it was policy to deliver to the front door and getting it to the rear of the house wasn't his problem as he wasn't paid enough for that. I rang up Shire to complain and was told to put it in writing and they would send me a link, I am still waiting for a link and just feel fobbed off as they have been paid and weren't interested I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.”

Told me 8hours before the delivery that they had confirmed that they did not have the building to send to me.
Absolutely shocking customer service on the phone - wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering.

“Don’t touch this shambles of a company with a barge pole. Goods only arrived after 4th attempt! You ring them, they don’t care, they won’t ring you back, nor reply to emails! To top it all they accused me of lying! Even the seller berated Shire and is refusing to use them!”
