Missing parts and the panels weren't straight and needed modifying. Tried contacting customer service, twice and never received a response. I had to use my time and money to find, travel to collect and purchase items to replace missing parts/fix the wonky panels. I left a review on google and the response said to contact customer services. Which like i said, i have twice with mo response
