Whilst the product, once assembled, has brought a lot of joy to the children and family as a whole, it was very disappointing that it arrived in tiny bits. There is no way that the pieces can be checked as requested by the company without the delivery person waiting several hours. The construction requires 2-3 people experienced at DIY roughly 3 days to complete it. Sadly we had hoped to construct it in 1 day to surprise our little boy waking up on his birthday morning to a playset and had arranged a party based around his friends coming to play on the new playset after school. Overall - a good product but could do with much easier assembly (for example pilot holes drilled or marks where screws need to go) and a clear warning that it arrives in individual planks so will take 2 people at least 3 days to construct it.
