The bad bits, wrong size screws sent, one of the batons was split in two on a knot. The good one erected it looks amazing, my wife and I spend most evenings in it, we have installed electrics so have an oil filled radiator that heats it up in seconds and have put a large rug on the floor. It is warm draught free and looks amazing so for the money even with the bad bits incredible value
