Item was delivered on time. In good condition.
Driver was helpful. He was blocking the road so he hurriedly offloaded the item and carried it into the garden for us.
Too late after he'd gone I saw it was not what I ordered.
The herb planter was supposed to have six segments but this one had only four.
However, I am so happy with the planter and it's quality that I have determined to accept the mistake is mine, and keep it.
