Ik bestelde tussen kerst en oud en nieuw. Ik kreeg een bevestiging van mijn bestelling en daarna duurde het heel lang voor ik een verwerking van mijn order kreeg en bericht dat mijn bestelling eraan kwam. Het was misschien handig geweest om bij de bevestiging van bestelling aan te geven dat orders pas na oud en nieuw opgepakt zouden worden. Dat vond ik namelijk helemaal prima, maar ik had door de tijd die er tussen bestellen en verzenden zat wel even mijn twijfels of het allemaal wel goed gegaan was en ik niet voor iets had betaald dat niet ging komen.
