they would not convert newsletter and Spring discount from different pairs to another pair + very slow reply on email.
But the most disrespectful thing is that they do not have telephone service. it only says "to many people calling right now therefore we are unable to process your call" like I am stupid or what. Customer service I would give 0/5 stars, website is fine
