The ride was 45min late when we went from BCE to Lloret and more than 1h late when we went back. We were lucky not to miss our plane. Not so sure about the other guys traveling on the same bus.
We called the call center a couple of times and they always said "the bus will be there in 5min" - which stretched into 1h. Also I think the driver was drunk the night before because he was weird, rude, screaming and driving weird.
