“Много раз пользовались вашими услугами, всегда были довольны. Но в этот раз мы впервые столкнулись с такой ситуацией -автобус не довёз нас до отеля, водитель просто показал нам направление, куда идти, хотя мы заказывали трансфер до отеля. Пришлось с чемоданами идти метров 400 до отеля. На обратном пути в аэропорт опять надо было идти до назначенной остановки примерно 400 метров, автобус опоздал на 30 минут, а мы стояли на 35 градусной жаре и уже начали нервничать. В аэропорту нас высадили у терминала Т2, хотя по номеру рейса было понятно, что нам нужен Т1 ,пришлось ещё 15 минут ехать на Шатле по аэропорту. Фактически получилась ситуация, что заказанная услуга не была выполнена в соответствии с содержанием ваучера. Очень разочарованы и возмущены.”

“You can experience some waiting time at the airport, depending on your flight times and pick-up times. It is cost effective and the buses and drivers are excellent. They have an emergency number to call, but for what purpose i can't explain, I couldn't confirm my Return Pick up time due to my phone being misplaced. When I finally retrieved my phone it was during their outside office hours. I considered this to be urgent as I needed to confirm my Return Pick up time which was before their office opening hours. To say that they treated my request as an inconvenience was obvious. They confirmed my Pick Up time with reluctance. If all goes smoothly then you'll be fine with them, but I'm doubtful if you have any issues outside of their business hours.”
