“The service was good but the first driver we had from airport to hotel asked for a tip and made us feel embarrassed as we only had card. A tip is not a tip if you ask for it”

“Return journey picck up was to the minute - the wait on the outward journey was long ...........would hv appreciated an approximate etd from the driver who was obviously aware of the timings of the incoming flights he was meeting..............this would hv permitted comfort and coffee visits”

“very good communication, very punctual and safe transport. Only exception: finding the booth at arrival at the airport was not so easy as I was looking for "Shuttle Direct", not mts.”

“Very efficient service and driver met me at airport arrivals on time. The only reason 4/5 is that cost is somewhat higher than standard taxi and I did not receive a text that he was there or with his contact details which helps reduce anxiety. However, I will use this company again.”

Jederzeit wieder.”
