“You can experience some waiting time at the airport, depending on your flight times and pick-up times. It is cost effective and the buses and drivers are excellent. They have an emergency number to call, but for what purpose i can't explain, I couldn't confirm my Return Pick up time due to my phone being misplaced. When I finally retrieved my phone it was during their outside office hours. I considered this to be urgent as I needed to confirm my Return Pick up time which was before their office opening hours. To say that they treated my request as an inconvenience was obvious. They confirmed my Pick Up time with reluctance. If all goes smoothly then you'll be fine with them, but I'm doubtful if you have any issues outside of their business hours.”

“Return journey picck up was to the minute - the wait on the outward journey was long ...........would hv appreciated an approximate etd from the driver who was obviously aware of the timings of the incoming flights he was meeting..............this would hv permitted comfort and coffee visits”

“Professional service from Shuttle Direct. We booked a shared transfer as a private transfer was prohibitively expensive. No problem on the way out. Added about 1 hour to the journey time on the way back as picked up in a different resort which was not on our route to airport. We still had plenty of time for our flight, so no drama.”

“It was a terrible travelling. It took over 2 Times from airport to Anfi del mar and the driver did not drive us to the hotel. We must walk 15 minuts”
