“It took very long from Girona airport to Lloret as they start in Calella. Almost 3 hours. On the way back to airport the bus was not on time. Had arrived 1 hour later. I had to call and ask but they said each time it will be in a few minutes. The bus was empty so they cannot say had to go to a lot of hotels to pick up people and that s why was late. Not even sorry from the driver.”

“Es hat alles reibungslos und zügig geklappt. Ein Stern Abzug, da auf dem Voucher keine Busnummer erkennbar war und diese am Schalter nochmal reparat erfragt werden musste.”

“He ido con Shuttle Direct muchas veces y siempre he tenido buen servicio. Esta vez el dia 2 hasta el aeropuerto de Palma muy bien y chofer muy eficiente y amable. A la vuelta el did 9 fue inaeptable, a llegar al aeropuerto de Palma he tenido que esperar una hora y media de llegar el vuelo y salir del aeropuerto en camino del hotel. Yo, como trabajaba muchas anos en turismo, lo se que hay que esperar un poco para llenar el autobus pero esto fue demasiado. Nadie de la oficina de Transunion te ayudaba solo a decir ‘10 minutos mas o menus y llegara el autocar’………fue una hora y medio esperando. Ni un losiento mucho o expliquacion. Muchas turistas estaban poniendo nerviosas. Yo no veo bien tratar turistas asi. Una pena para la compania de Shuttle Direct porque puede perder mucho negocio con este tratamiento de Servicio al Cliente y el tiempo esperando.”

“On our return to the airport from the hotel, they just called an Uber who was both late and had been told the wrong terminal at Barajas. The driver was left confused and irate, and we arrived quite a bit later than promised. Forget this service and just grab a taxi or Uber.”

“One of our group lost his passport on the plane and wasn’t allowed to pass through passport control. We weee assisted by the police. In the meantime we had forgotten about the shuttle. I received a call from the desk from a lovely representative who assured us that she would move our booking to a later transfer. I was so grateful for the call and how professional the representative was. Thank you ☺️”

“Pick up at airport was ok once we found the stand which was not obvious. The driver then dropped us at Beverly hills Suites instead of Beverly Hills Heights dispie me telling him several times we needed Heights. By the time we found out it was the wrong place the driver was gone so we had to Push 4 Suitcases up hill for about 1/4 of a mile to get to the correct place. The driver would have had to pass the Beverley Hills Heights after he dropped us as it was a one way system. We were not amused!!! we rang the local agent to complain but they were not interested. We were picked ep at the correct place for our return but very early 9$.5 hours before our flight.”
