“Grundsätzlich funktioniert der Service gut. Aber es scheint Verwirrung zu geben bei den Busfahrern, den Voucher zu erkennen. Ich wurde bei der Rückfahrt vom Busfahrer abgelehnt („das ist nicht Ihr Bus“) und musste dann für über €100 mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen fahren.”

“Return journey picck up was to the minute - the wait on the outward journey was long ...........would hv appreciated an approximate etd from the driver who was obviously aware of the timings of the incoming flights he was meeting..............this would hv permitted comfort and coffee visits”

“Professional service from Shuttle Direct. We booked a shared transfer as a private transfer was prohibitively expensive. No problem on the way out. Added about 1 hour to the journey time on the way back as picked up in a different resort which was not on our route to airport. We still had plenty of time for our flight, so no drama.”

“A fuir absolument !!! Vous donnent un tarif, vous avoient les billets, vous prélèvent pour finalement quelques jours avant votre voyage, vous disent qu’ils se sont trompés et que vous devez payer le double si vous voulez avoir votre taxi... Une honte !”
