“The driver met us as we came out of the arrivals Terminal and was very courteous and chatty. He was parked right outside the doors with his very clean and Tidy shuttle bus he then got us to Mayrhofen and dropped us off right outside the hotel entrance. On the return journey, the Shuttle bus arrived 45 minutes early which wasn't bad at all and once again the bus was very clean and tidy. The driver was courteous however he let himself down by driving far too fast and erratic not taking into consideration we had a 4-year-old sat on a booster cushion. This is why i only scored the company 4/5 otherwise it would be a 5/5 i would certainly use this company again.”

“Plane arrived earlier, driver was not on site in spite of your promise that flight would be monitored. On departure from Barcarola Club (Avenida de la Playa) there was no other pickup location mentioned on the voucher than the complex. We waited outside the complex, driver was at bus stop CC Welcome Sea. Maybe a tip to mention pick-up location on the voucher in the future ? Furthermore no comments and we will not hesitate to use your services again. Pls see the above as positive ment comments.”

“We have used shuttle direct a number of times. Collected and delivered to our accommodation no problem. Our lift however did not return to collect us to take back to the airport and we were unable to contact anyone to see what was happening. We managed to arrange a taxi to the airport. There seems to have been an accident on the roads between the airport and our destination, and I suspect this was the cause. This would not deter us from using shuttle direct again however as it has been so reliable to us in the past and I would recommend to others.”

“A bit disappointed that I was sat on the shuttle bus at the airport for 1 hour and 30 mins before it left the airport and wasn’t told of any delays or given any explanation.”

“Both the transfers to and from the airport departed on time or with very limited delay. The drivers were pleasant, my one criticism was that the vehicle for the outward leg was old and one of the seats was actually broken therefore I was unable to sit next to my wife.”

“Buchung und Vorort Abwicklung alles ok ! aber die Wartezeit ab dem Flughafen bis zur Abfahrt mit dem Bus ist manchmal zu lang ! auch wenn der Bus voll ist kann ein Transfer bis zu 3 Std. dauern.”

“Vi kørte med Shuttle Direct i oktober 2023. Turen fra Palma Airport til vores hotel var fin, det tog ca. 60 minutter. Chaufføren var meget venlig og hjælpsom. På hjemturen fra hotellet til lufthavnen kom det eneste kritikpunkt på turen. Transfertiden var 150 minutter, dette er for lang tid. Denne chauffør var også meget venlig og hjælpsom, på grund af den lange transfertid, var der nogle der måtte på toilettet ved et par af de hoteller vi stoppede ved. Busserne var af fin standard og meget rene.”

“Due to an error on the part of their agent, I was not collected at my hotel. As a result I had to book a taxi back to the airport. Since then Shuttle Direct have refunded me the taxi fare. Mistakes will happen. When they do you want the service to accept responsibility, apologise for their error and refund you your expenses. This was all done by Shuttle Direct in a timely manner. Because of that I would be happy to book their service again.”
